Join the Pink Adventure!

The cost to ride is minimum $200/day if you're on horseback and $200/day for an entire wagonful ... but remember, that's not your limit.  The more you raise, the sooner we create our future without breast cancer!

When you're soliciting pledges, you'll need the pledge sheet so we can keep track of those who want a tax receipt.

And Now...
A Word from our Vet Sponsors
About You and Your Horse

You know you can't just jump on your horse and go on a journey such as this.  Conditioning is key.  So are horse shoes (or boots), and vaccinations.  On that note, attached you will find a checklist as suggested by our vet sponsor, Edmonton Equine Veterinary Centre.

Things to Bring
and
Stuff That Will be Provided

You need to bring a duffle bag with your spare clothing and toiletries, a sleeping bag, pillow and somewhere to sleep.  That could be a tent, a camper on the back of your truck or your motorhome that is pulling your horse trailer.  Obviously, if you're in a wagon you'll throw your stuff in the back and away you'll go.  If you're on horseback and you were dropped off (as opposed to bringing your truck and trailer with you), don't worry.  We'll have chase vehicles to move your stuff for you.

If you're any good on a harmonica or acoustic guitar, we urge you to bring it!

We will have both a people and a horse first aid kit with us, and a number of vet clinics on standby in case there's serious horse trouble.

Rules of the Ride

We know!  We know!  Nobody likes rules, but every event such as this has to have some rules, so here are ours.

Mostly, they're just common sense, and if we ever make any more sense, we reserve the right to update these!
