Fill out the form and attach a picture of yourself or you and your horse or you and your mother, sister, grandmother or aunt.
Click "send" and in a day or two you will receive a link to your very own web page.
Send that link to all your e-mail family and friends. Riders find that they get better response when they tell a little bit about why they are riding or who they are riding for -- a lost mother, an aunt who is a survivor, etc. Some (like our trail boss) are riding so their grand daughters won't have to face this dreadful disease.
Here are some facts you may wish to include in the story you tell in the email you send.
- 1 in 9 women will face breast cancer in her lifetime- 1 in 28 women will die of it- in the last 20 years breast cancer death rates have steadily declined- on average, 437 Canadian women are diagnosed with breast cancer every week- on average, 104 Canadian women will die of it every weekSo ... will what we're doing be important? Absolutely!
But it will also be a lot of fun.
It's going to be legendary ... again!
